The following solicitations are offered by the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners Office of Purchasing. Solicitations will be removed and placed on the "Awarded Solicitations" page after award.

Vendors planning to submit a response to any on-line solicitation listed below must email the following information to the procurement contact source listed to ensure receipt of all addendums:
   • Solicitation number, business name, mailing address, telephone number, fax
    number and email address.
   • Failure to do so may result in your not receiving addendums upon issuance,
     causing your bid to be rejected.

Escambia County does not warrant or otherwise guarantee the accuracy of any information provided in these on-line solicitations. Therefore, it is agreed and understood that the responsibility for ensuring the correctness and completeness of any solicitation submitted shall rest with the bidder and Escambia County assumes no responsibility for any solicitation herein.

Vendors are advised to ensure they submit the number of original copies of bid documents specified in the solicitation. Forms requiring original signatures must be submitted in their entirety.
