Damage Assessment Report

Damage reports can be emailed or may be filed over the phone by calling the Office of Emergency Management at 471-6400.

Please email us with your name, street address, phone number where you can be reached and a brief descriptionof the damage and assessment.

Someone from the Office of Emergency Management will contact you as soon as possible.

Please be aware that turnaround time may be slower during severe weather, holidays and weekends.
