Purpose:
The Development Review Committee is a board of designated
County officials, or their approved designees, with
diverse expertise in development issues and administrative
authority to review development plan applications
for compliance with the requirements of the Land Development
Code and the Comprehensive Plan, and to determine
or recommend final approval, approval with conditions,
or denial of such applications.

at Town & County Plaza. For information please

12:00 pm each FRIDAY for review the following Wednesday.
Site
Plan Submittal Packages shall be submitted
to the DRC Coordinator, in the Department of Planning

Plan Submittal Packages is 12:00 pm every WEDNESDAY.
Master
Plan Submittal Package shall be
submitted to the DRC Coordinator, in the Department

is 12:00 pm every WEDNESDAY.
Preliminary
Plat Submittal Package shall be submitted to
the DRC Coordinator, in the Department of Planning
and Engineering by calling (850) 595-3472 to schedule
an appointment. The deadline to submit COMPLETE Preliminary
Plat Application Submittal Packages is 12:00 pm every
WEDNESDAY.
Subdivision
Construction Plan Submittal Package shall be
submitted to the Engineering Department. Call
850-595-3434 for further information. Subdivision
Construction Plan submittal packages may be submitted
Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.
Final
Plat Submittal Package shall be
submitted to the DRC Coordinator, in the Department
of Planning and Engineering by calling (850) 595-3472
to schedule an appointment. The deadline to submit
COMPLETE Final Plat Application Submittal Packages
is 12:00 pm every WEDNESDAY.
Unplatted
Subdivision Submittal Package
