with the City of Pensacola, partial renovation of the old
Courthouse, renovation of several existing buildings on the
block and construction of a new office building and central
plaza.

– Construction or Renovation of a 73,000 square foot facility
to provide office space for Building Inspections, Environmental
Health, Growth Management, Engineering, Geographic Information
System, and Neighborhood Enhancement.

– Construction of a 60,000 square foot facility to provide
space for a new Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Emergency
Management, Emergency Communications, Emergency Medical Operations,
Emergency Medical Billing, Fire Safety and Information Resources.

Addition – Two story addition to east side of existing building
replacing previous building.
