We have them available to view in our office but we

You can also access aerial photos online at www.escpa.org (Property Appraiser) click on "record search" and then "view parcel".

neighbor's water is backing up on my property, who
do I call?
We first offer our assistance in looking at the situation,
make suggestions to the cause and make suggestions
for corrections. If it looks as if it could be an
enforcement issue, we suggest you call Environmental
Enforcement. If it seems to be a drainage problem
due to a county ditch, etc., call Roads & Bridges.

do I go about getting a wetland determination done?
First contact Environmental Quality and from there we will
receive paperwork and we will perform the determination.
