C&DD LCD Permit Information

To construct, operate, modify or close a construction and demolition debris or land clearing disposal management facility within Escambia County, the owner must obtain a permit from the Department of Solid Waste Management.

Please refer to the County Ordinance 2006-24, C&DD/LCD Permitting Procedures, and Resolution R2006-52 for additional instructions.

Permit Applications for C&DD and LCD Facilities shall be submitted to the Department of Solid Waste Management (DSWM) at the following address:
