Complete closure of this portion of Rebel Road is necessary to allow for Gulf Power to brace and hold an existing power pole while Site & Utility installs a section of new storm drain pipe along the east side of the road. Residents within the closed portion of the road will be allowed access their property at all times.
The roadway closure is expected to remain in effect for one day and every effort will be made to expedite construction efforts in order to reopen the road by 5 p.m. the same day.
If other lane or roadway closures are necessary beyond the anticipated time period, another notice will be issued.
